A suggestion that I think came from the Guardian's IT advice column, was if you are only being asked for a zip code and phone number for completing an on-line form, i.e. you'll only ever deal with them through e-mail, use one from any major US educational establishment - just check a web-site e.g. UCLA!0 -
Works fine for me, with my UK address
Cheers, I've registered a site to use with my university final year project.
Edit: You seem to get 10GB of bandwidth per month and 500Mb of space, thats pretty good!!! Especially as its all free. Many thanks

Looks ideal for me too. When registering is there the option to hide personal details, ie address from "Whois" domain lookup ?0
