Office shoes great discounts

Three out of four of my items have been shipped - hubby was in all day apart from when went for school run and the order arrived when he was out.

Now it is sat with a neighbour and the teenager wont answer the door. Looks like I will have to wait a little while longer till the mum gets back!

I never got email to say dispatched and yesterday it said pending on all items - I ordered day after this was posted on here so there is still hope although why they do not let people know is beyond me!:o

I have a BlackBerry but I think its available to IPhone users. There's two Apps you can use '0800 wizard' and '0845'. Once you've downloaded it, you have to call the numbers through the application and then the call is gratis doesn't work on all numbers apparantly but they've worked well for me

I ordered a pair of leather boots and a pair of £8 wellies but missed the free delivery code.
The leather boots were deleted and the wellies arrived this morning.
I sent them an email saying I would never of ordered a pair of wellies for £4.50 delivery but because I 'thought' I was getting the leather boots too I didn't mind paying the £4.50.
I asked for a refund on the delivery but haven't had a reply yet (doubt i will get one)
I also had an email this morning from them saying
'We've had to cancel your order, we are very sorry about this and are working to find a solution'........

I wonder what this could mean!!!

Just to say I got mine today, 4 days after ordering! They are fabulous, really happy, thanks OP!

Most of the online deals are now saying only in sizes 3, 8 and 9.

1 pair of boots (out of 4 items ordered) arrived today - no email saying they were on the way (lovely boots btw).

After again checking my account I can see there is a tracking number next to one of the deleted items - but no tracking number next to the boots that have arrived! I'm totally confused as to what will arrive, and what has been cancelled/deleted.

How are Office going to deal with delivery charges if they only manage to fulfill part of the order?

:mad: Deleted next to my order too, no email to inform me, just happened to see it on my account page. They cancelled Quidco a couple of days ago too. Pathetic! Well done to those who actually got what they ordered
