Thanks for trying to help olliesmum but that wasnt my issue seeing as it wouldnt even let me enter my card details.

I called customer services and they were amazing! They let me order the boots over the phone at the sale price of £25 even though it was an 'online only offer' (and were showing as £98 on his system) and he even let me use the free delivery code over the phone too!

The whole call lasted approx 4mins and it was free cos I have an App for 0800 numbers so very pleased with that :beer:

Just order pair of knee boots for £30 reduced from £120 after spending weeks looking for some reasonable boots (my £35 asda ones from last year are looking very scruffy!0

Just to say a big thank you firstly! What a brilliant sale!

It is worth checking again if they don't have your size. They didn't have mine in the easy rider boots last night, but they did just a moment ago!! So happy, I really needed some new boots, or at least to repair mine, but the repair would have cost as much as the boots I've just ordered!

Fingers crossed they turn up... I got a confirmation of my orders, one last night and one just now, but it said they wont charge my card until dispatched.... so I wont get too excited just yet

Right, must not go back on that site and order more boots!!!

Thanks OP. Just ordered two pairs of boots for £60 delivered. One was orginally £145.
In the past Office has had a dodgy stock taking system I hope they have sorted themselves out now!

Can someone clarify whether you can make returns to store and get full refund or is it exchange only?

Will be a bit annoyed with myself if this is the case as if I need to return the items by post I know it may be expensive as items are quite heavy being 2 pairs of boots and two shoes - I hate paying for postage and I dont want a credit note!

Hi, I checked this when I ordered my 3 pairs on sunday :T, you can return them directly to a store for a full refund / exchange.
