[STRIKE]is their sizing generous or not so? I'm a size 3 in some shops but can be a 2.5 or 4 in others!!![/STRIKE] never mind, their returns are good enough that I can try them lol.

my sister swears by Office as she's got MASSIVE feet and they do really pretty girly styles in her size.

I ordered some I've actually had my eye on for a couple of months (purple Kinetic) and some decent leather, flat, grippy, winter lace-ups.

Has anyone received their order from Office yet? My account still says pending next to my order and my Quidco has been declined :mad: What is that all about?!! I didn't use any codes or do anything that could be described as naughty so I'm a bit annoyed to say the least Would be interested to hear how others have got on. TIA

I ordered on 3rd November and apart from the email confirmation have heard nothing, and it says 'pending' on my account. The shoe in question is now oos, so worried I will be getting an oos email soon. Pretty slow service though.

for people waiting for their orders, in the past in previous office shoes sales, the items i've ordered have been sent out from the stock of individual stores, so it's in dribs and drabs and very slow - usually well worth the wait though, i have got some fabulous stuff in the past and am looking forward to receiving the next order hopefully sooner rather than later

Not impressed. Haven't received a cancellation email, but when I log onto my account it now says deleted next to my order.

In my experience the orders you place on office are not 100% in stock. If you read their t & c it actually tells you how they operate. And as pointed out by an advisor, its really ''luck''. You win some you loose some. I have in the last few months, order 6 pairs of trainers for my boyfriend. Out of the 6 I have been lucky and had 4 delivered, all nike trainers, fred perry plimsols for less than £15 each! First come first served. If your order is pending for more than 2-3 working days Id make sure you give them a call as they are still holding your money, (and they tend to not release or cancel the order until you do) but the order will be out of stock as they usually dispatch in the next 2 days

the shoes that I ordered on the 6th are now *awaiting dispatch*, but the shoes from the 7th are still pending.... fingers crossed the 7th ones go through too, I ordered a gorgeous pair on that day!
