I called customer services and they were amazing! They let me order the boots over the phone at the sale price of £25 even though it was an 'online only offer' (and were showing as £98 on his system) and he even let me use the free delivery code over the phone too!

The whole call lasted approx 4mins and it was free cos I have an App for 0800 numbers so very pleased with that :beer:

I can appreciate they can have stock issues, etc. But think it is very bad c/s that they have still not even emailed me to tell me my order has been cancelled.

well mine arrived. lovely leather flat boots, faux sheepskin lined and goreously comfy and a pair of purple microfibre high heels which I loooove, but can't decide if I'm probably going to break my neck in them and so may take them back. not sure.

I ordered 4 items 4 days ago, paid shipping (missed the delivery code :-p) so now what happens? Out of 4 items my account says 2 are deleted, 1 has been dispatched and 1 is pending.

Not totally convinced Office has their act together? Deals/sales are only any good if the company delivers on their advertising - fingers crossed!

Tracking my account too and it is still saying pending despite ordering early Saturday What is going on?! If Kurt Geiger can send items immediately, why can't they?! Tut Tut Office!

Totally agree! It a RUBBISH way of doing things, really don't understand it. And have never come across any other company that does this! Last week I ordered some boots, they arrived yesterday and I didnt even get a dispatched email or tracking confirmation. So there is hope :j

My order also says deleted but no email other than confirmation from office. Not happy at all!!!! The transaction has also been declined by Quidco!! Very poor customer service, not even an email telling me that I won't get the items I ordered. Fuming!!!!
