    Good morning everyone x
Not been on much as have been plodding on here.
DD2s bed broke the other day so I popped to the shop on sunday and the owner of the shop popped round on monday tea time and fixed it.The bed is 9 years old and he didn't even charge me for a repair....this is why I love Padgetts Pine as they look after their customers.(the break was DDs fault as she'd moved the bed herself and being solid pine is too heavy to move by oneself)
Monday was spent pottering doing a few little tidying jobs and DD2 did the big cleaning jobs as my back is horrendous most of the time.
Feel quite rich today as my ESA arrears appeared in the bank and DD2 transferred her board money plus another £90 she owed me.
I'm having JJ this weekend as DD1 and her partner are both working all weekend and her baby sitter is away. I'm looking forward to that and hoping the weather is ok.If it's fine we might go to Farmer Parrs or the zoo but whatever the weather we'll do something fun.

    Morning everyone,
Received the £10 card from Tesco yesterday..I also have a £4 unilever voucher and £3 Ross voucher....so will be able to stretch that to a few meals plus soap powder...do love a bit of free shopping.
Hopefully, the weather will be good saturday so that he can go to Farmer Parrs which is one of his favourite places if it isn't we'll do something indoorsy.
Sunday we are going to go and see the WOW show at the pleasure beach ...it's has 50 acts in 100 mins apparently and is meant to be really good according to DH who has picked quite a few people up that have been to the show. It's £10 per ticket so not too bad a value.
DH is doing fine but tired as usual as he works too many hours trying to keep the roof above our heads.I do intend to treat him but he always says he doesn't want anything and is so hard to buy for.He needs some new clothes and is hard to buy for so will try to get him to the shops.
I forgot to get something out of the freezer for dinner so think we'll go to subway as he fancied one the other day.We have to nip out anyway as we are going to buy the tickets for the show.
Am looking forward to having little man here as he really brightens my day up..he's such a character.
Tomorrow,I have an appointment with my oncologist to see if they are any further forward with my treatment plan and whether they are going to fund my PET scan.
I need to do the banking and a bit of shopping either today or tomorrow but not a lot else thankfully.

Taxi, you sound a bit cheerier - plodding is sometimes necessary, but never feels wonderful. I'm glad you've got JJ over the weekend, and definitely recommend treats :) I've been lurking on here (on the main site, anyway) for about ten minutes, waiting for the redspotted hanky thing, managed to get a code. Good for you on all that free shopping tho!

Thanks Karma I am feeling a bit chirpier and am very glad of that fact as that really black feeling was awful.
Glad you managed to get a code.

Have been out with DH and bought the tickets for sunday and we've had an early lunch at subway. He's now took the dogs for a walk before he goes for his sleep ready for work tonight.Poor love is going to get wet as it's raining bless him.
Can't decide whether to go for the shopping/do banking today or leave it until tomorrow.
