No need to worry about me posting in the middle of the night as sometimes I'm up all night just because I can't sleep.

Lymphodema clinic was okish...I still have fluid there so the nurse has made me some packs out of what can only be described as a crinkly foam in like a bandage sleeve..I have to wear these in my bra and the idea is that it fills my bra more and massages the swollen areas to encourage drainage.I will be re-checked in 3 months but if I feel like I need manual lymphatic drainage or any help before then I can phone and see them earlier.I passed comment on that I hadn't been to bed and she asked if this happened often and I said yes so she asked if I would benefit from complimentary therapy...so she's referring me for 6 free sessions.Can't do any harm.

Got my confirmation e-mail from the hotel in York and received our train tickets this morning..so all good on that front.

Also got £100 refund back on to my CC on my leather suite due to managing to use a voucher from their online site...even though I paid for it yesterday that's the beauty of independant stores.

JJ is stopping tonight so he's in bed fast asleep.

Would arm exercises help with the fluid, Taxi?

Unfortunately arm exercises increase the fluid but the fluid isn't as bad as it was so may be settling..it's life long so it's just a case of managing it.

Lost 3.5lbs at WWs this week and have another couple to lose before I get to where I was in my sig..lol

Have slept most of the day today as have had earache and sore throat and was really tired and nothing much going on around here.
Was great having JJ as it usually is.

done nothing but sleep today ..I didn't get up until 5pm...I go from one extreme to the other..lol..so nothing to report
