Now treatment is over I need to get back on top of things in the house as it's a real mess..you name it, it needs doing.
Tonight,I've managed to wash/dry/fold 3 lots of washing and washed pots and put them away.
I know this isn't a lot to some people but to me anything takes so much effort due to fatigue from treatments and anxiety/depression.
Tomorrow I could do with going to town to pick up some Aloe vera gel and I need 5 birthday cards..luckily both shops are next door to one another..then I may have a coffee sitting outside a cafe and people watch followed by a look in Marks and spencer...all these are a few steps from one another...the big hurdle is getting out of the door but I'm going to try really hard to do that tomorrow and hopefully the fact that I really need the aloe vera gel and cards might give me a push0 -
Good luck with your trip out Taxi, I hope the weather is good enough for you to stop and watch the world go by.0
