    That is the one Northernlas..thanks

Didn't bother doing bank this morning as was too tired when got up to count/sort the money and needed to go for bloods early before chemo unit gets too busy.
What a palaver getting bloods done...they couldn't get any from my picc line so after trying for 45 minutes took them from my other arm
Popped to Tesco to see if they had the skylanders thing in and they did so bought it and even remembered a card and wrapping paper...pity I'm having chemo on his birthday and it's my big chemo

Didn't order his skylander on line as may not get it in time for his birthday plus have appointments to get to.
Nothing much else going on here but that's good
  • glad you got the present ok and the bloods were done even if it was a faff!

Absolutely taxi!!! I read a great quote from a Readers Digest that said...'Some people would steal the reins from a nightmare'
Hope it all goes well tomorrow. Hope you have a relaxing evening huni. x
Just typed a long post and lost it
I'm getting really paranoid about using things like PIN machines at shops (god knows how often they get cleaned:eek:) door handles etc...... Think I'll have to resort to carrying baby wipes or anti-bac gel everywhere with me:o

Me and DD are the same. I've seen so many people in loos just walk straight out without washing their hands so we never hold the door handle without holding onto a bit of our clothing! And same with pin machines too. We keep a tiny bottle of hand sanitizer with us!!!

If I do a long post now rising before I post it I copy it just in case it disappears as I've had that a few times too! Then I just log back into mse and copy and paste it.

I don't believe in the concept of hell, but if I did I would think of it as filled with people who were cruel to animals.

Had my chemo yesterday and was that shattered when I got home I slept until 4.30pm then woke up for a few hours and have slept all last night and most of this morning..lol and I didn't even take the Lorazepam this week.

Had my new hat and scarf delivered this morning and absolutely love them...they are made by Hunter and real good quality and even though they were from M & M Direct they weren't cheap but can see why they they are expensive in the 1st place...would do a link but am useless..they are the black and white fairisle peruvian hat and scarf and I will now be toasty warm when I go out...also impressed with Hermes the courier as it only took 2 days total to arrive when it said 3-5 days

Am looking forward to dinner today..roast beef dinner yum
