Got a lovely surprise from some friends on FB ..they sent me a £75 gift card for M & S and a beautiful handmade card....I was so touched that it made me cry x I will treat myself to something nice with it when I'm ready.

I had to go for my bloods done today ready for chemo no 2 tomorrow. It will be a long slog tomorrow as I'll be having Taxol and Avastin so will be there quite a few hours as along side those they have to do my steroids, anti sickness, anti histamine plus flushes so probably at least 4 hours without delays.

Yesterday,I managed to nip out to the PO to do the banking and post a letter and to Lidl to pick up a couple of bits and the Drs but was tired when I got back so had a nap.

Not a lot going on..still waiting for the other side to admit liability and for the car to be repaired but at this moment am just leaving them to it as I don't give a damn..we have the hire taxi so at least DH is earning...we have witnesses so I know it will go in our favour when they all stop peeing about...I cannot minimise the costs of the hire vehicle as it's them that are arguing.
Everything is ticking over money wise and I keep thinking of applying for DLA but then don't bother as it's all stress anyway and I'll probably be seen as a benefit scrounger.
Hope everyone is well and that you are all checking your boobies x
