Glad you are feeling more positive now. When you are feeling low about your family situation think about how you have changed the lives of people on here. A year ago there was no mention of a TillyTidy and I'm sure I'm not the only one you have inspired to meal plan and batch cook. That's before I even mention the hoarding of toilet rolls. What you have done and continue to do is amazing and I am sure it is down to your thread that so many others think they can do it.

  • Goodness, you've made me weep tonight :o

No one at work would think that would be possible :o:o:o

All batch cooking packed up. Fat to come off the beef flank stock in the morning, then it can all go in to the freezer.

I need to put bargainous fish on my shopping list and will pop into one of the big SM when I'm taking the kids hither and thither. Hopefully one of the stores will be reducing as I'm passing by :)

Miss T has had a lovely evening out and as she is under 18, left by 9pm which meant we had time for a recap of the weekend. Busy week coming up and Mr T is sorting the house out tomorrow. I am truly grateful. It means we can have Tuesday evening without jobs on the list. We have a girlfriend coming round for dinner and it will be a chance to sit and catch up.

There may be a opportunity to help young people who have lost their way to learn how to cook - something both Mr T and I are interested in supporting - time will tell.

OK - exercise regime starts again tomorrow. Need to get some shut eye.

    Night, Tilly x

  • Hi Tilly

    Just caught up.

I am sorry that you had a wobble, but I am glad that you are feeling better now.

I need to get back to batch cooking too (always find it much easier in the winter!)

Keep your chin up and take care of yourself.
