Happy days, came home from work to free Home and Garden free gift. They have run out of smaller giveaways, so have sent two full size and one 100ml size. Fab.

Just checked them out on eb@y and the two full sizes are selling for around £20 ish at the moment. They will definitely be selling.

So thank you NATTY for posting as looks like it was a brilliant find :T

Afternoon, I can't say it's been a restful day so far, but masses of things have bee achieved which has made us all happy. Eb@y parcels either wrapped or collected already :T

All the stuff in the garage either in eb@y pile or car boot pile. Definitely don't really have enough for a big car boot but hopefully we will clear the remaining stuff from the garage. We can actually walk and the garage now :j

The two junior Tilly's are making scones (Natty, seeing how thin DS rolled them, we may be having them sandwiched together) and chocolate muffins. That will sort the lunch boxes out for them next week.

I just need to prepare the veg, then it's beef from Christmas, frozen with gravy, with all the trimmings for dinner.

Tomorrow is salad and Spanish omelette, and the potatoes are cooked ready.

Isn't it fantastic to feel Spring is in the air. Mr T has cut the front and back lawns and it looks ready to greet the Spring now.

The hounds have been walked but not as far as we were intending as there has been so much activity elsewhere. DD has finished all the ironing for me and there's not one load left to go on.

Loving have my energy back to normal but once the veg are prepared I intend sitting on the sofa and watching a film with the kids.

Mr T is outside cleaning both cars - lovely lovely lovely weekend.

I may have been out and bought Mr T a pair of shoes reduced to less than half price :T. I also may have bought myself a pair of jeans and two tops. I'm going to sort my clothes out again as I feel I need a change.

Hope everyone has enjoyed blue sky today

    Best wishes Tilly x

    Hi Tilly

Great to hear your energy levels are getting back to normal. It sounds like you've had a really and productive weekend, go family Tilly :j

I know what you mean about spring in the air; I felt exactly like that yesterday and after a very icy early start it turned into a fabulous day. I was in even in the supermarket by 7.30am yesterday. I drove there with the heater blasting after having had to de-ice the car and then would you believe I had to put the air-con on in the car when I was driving about 1pm. Mind you, the air-con was only on for about one minute ;)

Today is back to winter again, cold, grey and icy.

Once or twice a year I get the urge to put the lottery on so did so yesterday, just a pound lucky dip, and when I checked this morning I've won £10 :D so, that's another small amount to OP

I hear you about the clothes sort out, i really need to do that. I've been doing so much in the house recently and this morning really had a sense like I'm entering some kind of transitioning phase and letting go of some of the past be that emotions, items, job related etc. Whatever is going on I'm beginning to enjoy it

    Regards

Sounds like a great weekend :T. Did you fit in any retirement planning along the way?
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
