  • hehe!! you lot ;)

I LOVE boxing!! Its so much fun and great for getting the frustration of the day out!! A really hard exercise is doing sit ups then reps of punches - looks dodgy as person holding the pads has to straddle your knees so you can sit up , but blinking awesome workout for those muscles!!

Thought Id just join in and lower the tone :rotfl:

Hi TYO, trying to get an image in my head of how this would work. Are these sit ups with straight legs flat on the floor, or bent legs, feet on the floor - I may need the help of g@@gle ;)

I'm on a mission so happy to receive advice :)

  • No money to tidy :(
All financial stuff up to date, waiting for Mr T to be paid and then the mortgage and monthly OPs go out.

Veg chilli for dinner - need to make this though.

    Working from home today :)

  • Still no pennies anywhere to tidy  I definitely missed my lodger OP fix today.

Veggie chilli was pretty good, although DS did ask where the meat was :)

I'm using up a French stick I threw into the freezer before Christmas, so somehow I need to magic them into pizza type affairs to be served with a big salad.

It's extremely cold tonight so I'm back to the kettle bell and boxing activities once Mr T gets back in. I cannot believe the sense of well being gained from punching something :rotfl:

    Have a good evening Tilly x x

Well .... When I was transferring my direct debits over I got a wee thril running down my spine, one direct debit is for £12.12 so I'm gonna have a 82p Tilly tidy there and one is £8.15 so a 85p one there, I was frustrated when they all came off the same account with other direct debits I only got to pay 15p I was gutted, now though they come out of a different account and I have changed the date on one of them ... It's strange what things become exciting when your trying to become debt free :)
  • Evening El, I know just what you mean :rotfl:

It's good to be in company that understands lol

Leg is sore, went for a wee couple of k walk tonight, I was ok on the flat but the minute I hit a hill it was really painful ... I of course live on a hill ... Typical, so I'm going for a wee bath then I'm going to rest it for the rest of the night ... I really am missing my running though, much more than I expected tbh

How's the kettle bells going ?
