Morning, apologies for being missing in action. Out and about the last couple of days and loads of diaries to catch up on.
@US and MRN - must remember to don my sports bra before opening my diary in case I get '10 :j now' messages :rotfl:
@NP - good luck with your listings. I will have a glass of wine in my hand tonight, and will be simultaneously slurping and loading up :T
I am off to do a little shopping, then ironing for Froggy and US (my virtual ironing circle is increasing).
Going off menu plan today (oooh the risks I take) - DD/DS didn't see us much yesterday so they have requested a home made pizza night. I used to do this when they were younger and consists of bowls of 'stuff', HM pizza dough ready and waiting, with everyone making their favourites. Was quite weird and wonderful when they were young but still fun. I really like the fact that they have these memories
Doing a couple of hours volunteering late afternoon and a little spending diary update. Then that's it - apart from the eb@y stuff.

Didnt realise I could leave my ironing here! Although I use my ironing as an excuse to watch day time telly.
My kids love making pizzas too, they out this morning, at music, and our saturdays are usually structured because of this, so its tea that becomes adhoc, like crackers and cheese, pickled onions and bits of fruit cut up.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... Mmmm hm pizzas sound yum tilly
good luck with the ebay listings (wine sounds like it will help! :rotfl:)
I shall remember only to read this thread when in an energetic mood incase jumping jacks are around!1 -
The HM pizza sounds fab. I've not done this in ages, however I have it on good authority that my daughter is staying in this evening (mmmm, we'll see - she's at Uni and lately has been enjoying the student life a little too much!) so we may have pizza and girly DVD / TV.
HDK - crackers, cheese and pickled onions sounds equally yummy and with the added bonus of NO COOKING this also is very appealing:T

MND - Let's go for 2020 'cos it's got a nice ring to it:D

Morning, funny how things work out. My friend who wanted to wait until pay day paid yesterday. OPd it last night.
Eb@y listings on - fingers crossed something sells.
Taking my mother out for lunch today and going to talk to her about Xmas.
Yesterday we were supposed to volunteer for a couple of hours but Mr T decided to fix some of the things which have broken over the last 24 hours . Fortunately he was successful with the major one and we now have heating :T.
Nearly payday and then a whole load of money moving to do - can't wait.
Minimal shopping yesterday - menu plan is still using up stuff from the freezer, apart from veg, fruit and milk.
I ordered dog food and animal medication on line recently, using TCB. Saved quite a chunk of cash and took advantage of offers and free delivery. Two big dogs eat a lot.
Have a great day, enjoy the little sun we may get. Plant your garlic, broad beans if you have a moment. I've put some more salad in over the last week as well. Will see whether it works - all under cloches.
HM pizza night was fab. Strictly watched whilst eating, so harmony reigns.
Best wishes Tilly x x2004 £387k 29 years - MF March 2033:eek:

Good Morning Tilly (well late morning now)
I just wanted to send you loads of lucky lemons for your eb*y sales and to thank you for reminding me to buy (and plant!) garlic bulbs.
My daughter ended up going out last night (well, she's young;)), so the 'girly night in' I had planned was with me and the dog....at least she doesn't mind what we watch on TV, and I think she rather enjoyed 'Strictly':DFebruary13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)

MRN, look forward to personal training advice from you next x x
Tiily - night x
I definitely need to join in with this in January.. still can't motivate myself!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.1 -
Evening, lovely lunch out with mom. Isn't it fantastic to watch the leaves change colour. That and the smell of people's fires is a real passion of mine. I apologise now for becoming whimsical - you can't beat walking the dogs, on a cold day, with the sun shining and the leaves with myriad hues. Does the heart and soul good and IT'S FREE :T
I think I have an OK week ahead - out with a girlfriend tomorrow for a free evening. Meal prep completed for Monday and Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday dinners coming straight from the freezer. Batch cooking is a huge help.
Lodgers money will show up tomorrow, plus another payment I had expected to see on Friday. I will OP both as soon as they appear.
We do have a little spending diary catch up to do, but won't have time now until Tuesday evening.
Hoping that my eb@y items sell, if not I will try FB. This is a step into the unknown.
Have a :j week and before you know it, it will be Friday
My walky jogs with the dogs are starting up again tomorrow.
I cleaned the car this afternoon and found - drum roll........6p - in the pot it goes, or should I say 'back of the net'. Every single penny I OP, takes me a penny closer to knocking it on the head.
DD has transferred money to her ISA and savings account this evening. I am SO proud of her and the discipline she is learning now will certainly help when she leaves home.

Fab that you are teaching DD how to save, it is probably the thing I am most grateful for from my Mum and Dad - being taught the value of money.0
