  • Alot of phones are covered by home insurance etc, have you checked your policy?
  • Yes but will not cover everything on there as would like watercover in case anything happens!! I have had water damage in the past and a lot of insurance companies do not cover this. So looking for a comprehensive cover for the new phone. Thank you.

Hi all could anyone help me please.

I've had my Iphone 4S about 3 weeks now nearly I think it was and I really want to insure it through vodafone its an extra £10 a month or something daft! My contract is £41 a month so I cant afford the extra £10 a month for insurance.

Does anyone know the best place for iphone 4S insurance ?? Thanks in advance.

Your home insurance is often the better route, as stand alone insurance has greater overheads that you end up paying for - especially on the various downsides like a refurbished (not new) replacement, and perhaps no cover for abuse when calls are made before the phone is reported lost. Choose carefully!
