When I'm in really organised mode I try & do that. Its all a bit scrambled like my brain at the moment I just use the first one I pick up although I'm hoping my DTD & then refund on the knives will help this month

I found it is sweeter - not seen it in "normal" jars tho - must not have bought it for a while......
