I think that kids jokes are fab. They don't need to be edgy to be funny.

My favourite joke is one that a kid told me:

    2 snowmen in a field.
    One says to the other:

"Is it just me or can you smell carrots?"

    ;)

My fave joke is one my son told me when he was about 8

How does Bob Marley like his doughtnuts??

    Wi jammin

    :D

Managed to get a small trip in to Mr T's earlier, was hoping to find a DVD player, but alas there was none to be had :( There was a SEL for the white ones but it had an OOS sticker on it, had a rumage but nothing, someone obviously beat me to it ;)

Did get the Chuggington train set thingy, no SEL scanned at £1.75 :D Delighted, my DD will love it :D Wishing I'd got 2 now.

There also seems to be some new bed guards out as well, I got the last pink one a couple of weeks ago, but there's another one there now.

Also got another 3 Galaxy selection boxes, no signage about B1G2F anywhere in the shop, but still came off at the till :D
...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

    PRIDE

There's a fork in the road, which way will you go
You standing still or will you step into the great unknown,
Is yours to decide, this is your life.

Artha...how is your knee? :) If I remember correctly, you mentioned a few weeks back that you had suffered an injury to it...

It was my arm and leg that were badly bruised after a car bump. No lasting damage(as far as I know) but I was posting a lot at that time and feeling very sorry for myself as I wasn't very mobile. Now I'm a lot better I should be getting on with other things but have become hooked on this thread:)

just 5 pages behind now :)

I'm not saying yet what I do because I don't have anything for sure yet :D

I'll tell you when I will be offered a job or hopefully both(then I might need a little help to decide but I must admit that money plays a big role here especially if the difference is going to be as big as I think...)

OMG I can't wait until next week! :D

PS. Nikkilala: happy birthday to your LO ;) hope the party will be great! and we insist on pics here!

In work, paper used to get stuck in the photocopier all the time and I used to have to call out the engineer almost every day. One day, I rang up to report the same fault and the person at the other end said that we seemed to have a problem with our machine. I said - Yes, I know, it is jamming more than Bob Marley.

Or there is a 3rd option...

I could just post a link to the jokes and you can read them yourselves as and when you wish. It would certainly free up the forum. And, I've just noticed a PM from MSE reminding me of the anim_09.gif

The only reason I was posting them on here myself was to filter out the racist/disgusting ones.

    Who wants the link?

EDIT: Can't do that as you need to be registered but if anyone is willing to register and wants the link then PM me.
