Day 11 of Nikkilala's non smoking journey and I am delighted to say I can now go up the stairs without getting "a bit" out of breath, "a bit" was an understatement to be honest, can't believe how quickly I'm feeling the benefits:T:T:T
I really hope you keep it up :T.
My FIL was a heavy smoker and developed emphysema in his 40s his health has steadily declined since then and he's now 60 and been completely bedridden for the last 6 months or so, its touch and go at the moment how long he has left he is allowed to administer his own morphine. He stopped on and off after being diagnosed but kept going back to smoking and when he finally gave up it was too late to get over the damage done - worst thing is that he is a really lovely family man.:(
So do it for yourself first but also for your family second.0 -

Thanks for that durham05. Looks as though you get around a bit if you are based up in durham (city?). I'm not really interested in DTD but I am on the look out for the Karcher Jubilee Pressure washer if you see one on your travels. PM me if you happen to see one as I don't normally get beyond St+ckt+n/B+ll+ngh+m/E+gl+scl+ffe. If anything comes up on the thread and you want me to check stock at St+ckt+n I go there most days for normal shopping and I'm only 5 minutes away. Can't guarantee anything of course:)
I occasionally go to Coul@y Newh.m so I'll also look out for the Karcher for you.I doubt Ingleby will have any.
I have yet to find anything but have noticed the lack of scanner down the biscuit aisle.Debt Free Date:10/09/2007 :j :money:0 -

Rain was not too bad this year but last year I slid down a very steep slope and was covered. We often walk across the ridge from Corfe and the descent can be quite steep. Didn't go to Old Harry this year but we usually do.
If you are there end of july/beginning of august next year you won't miss me with my new trekking poles courtesy of Ts.
And Nikki, had many a childhood visit to Weymouth. We even did a Haven Holiday there when DDs were very young just far enough for a break without the dreaded "Are we there yet?" We popped over couple years ago while camping but the works for the new road for the Olympics put us off going this year. It rained so much the day we did go that the whole of the seafront was flooded. Luckily we had parked in the sealife centre carpark, otherwise car would have been ruined. :eek:0 -
I know this is naughty but here goes......
the jeans with the belt are £12.50 buy the correct size and you will find the barcode is a sticky label, peel it off and stick it over the 4p ones in the wrong size and return for a refund.
Sorry, just my criminal mind at work, don't shout.
I hope Tesco staff are reading this.0
