Can i ask how long any of you have had to wait after contacting Tesco CEO as your not happy with CS? i emailed them on monday and had email back to say they are looking into my complaint - but have heard nothing since!!:mad::mad:

    Hi bensonsmum

I contacted Tesco CEO and got an email back the next day saying they were looking into it. I received a response after around 5 days of receiving the first email so it may take a little while but they do get back to you.

    HTH :)

  • OMG! Finally caught up & your all off t'bed! Had a crap day! Compooters gone caputt, its the one with everything on it, my accounts, hubby's accounts, email, passwords for everything! So Ive finally worked out how to set up a hotmail & had to set up this profile so I can post coz I have no idea what the password is & it will only resend it to the broken pooter! Have been reading thread most of the day on & off & felt like I was having an out of body experience not being able to comment or thank anyone! Anyway if anyone knows how to fix pooters let me know coz it wont even log on just keeps going back to an error message. Boy do I wish I had backups of things!!

i had a really bad puter problem last month i posted in techy for help and got given the advice i needed to fix it. mine was a windows repair scam virus thing that looked like puter had been wiped clean and kept giving me a pop up saying click here to buy repair update thing ERM NO!!!! go in techy describe your problem im certian a kind person in there will help you

Hi, i dont know if this has been posted already but i have just been in my store [Tescos] and they have the sign up buy one get two free on the selection boxes, in my store it is in a big display on an end but it only has one type of selection box underneath the sign .But if you read the sign it says on all the selection boxes so i got this morning one mars @£4.00 and two others @ £3each and it took £7 off, so three selection boxes for £3 i think this is a good deal.hth

Same for me. I expected it would just give the two cheapest free and I would pay £4

    icon1.gifSelection boxes @Tesco B1G2 Free - small glitch
Tesco have at the moment cadbury, nestle, Mars and Galaxy selection boxes inthe £3-£4 price range buy1 get 2 free.

The most expensive is the galaxy one at £4, my kids love this chocolate, so picked up 3, but at the till instead of taking off £8, it deducts £9.

So thats 3 Galaxy selections boxes for £3 - £1 each which is a fab price

not sure if the glist works on the other selection boxes inthe offer as I only bought the Galaxy ones

    HTH

Hi regardless if you have receipt or tags they will be able to check the barcode on label to show it came from them. I would suggest taking it into store and showing it to them and say you are not happy. As long as washing instructions were followed they should refund you or exchange hth x
    loves a good glitch :j

I'd try the Dr Beckman colour run remover to try and get the patches out then in future stick a colour catcher sheet in whenever you wash it. Hope you get it fixed
