Hi regardless if you have receipt or tags they will be able to check the barcode on label to show it came from them. I would suggest taking it into store and showing it to them and say you are not happy. As long as washing instructions were followed they should refund you or exchange hth x

aw wow really thank you so much :) think i might have to give it a go xx

I occasionally go to Coul@y Newh.m so I'll also look out for the Karcher for you.I doubt Ingleby will have any.
I have yet to find anything but have noticed the lack of scanner down the biscuit aisle.

Thanks. Good to see yet another local posting. Only been to Ingleby twice and just for a change of scenery. On scanners do you mean Coulby or Ingleby? I'm fairly sure there is a working scanner amongst the clothes at Ingleby

  • need help really badly now i splashed out a while ago and bought my LO and england rugby shirt for 10pounds (sorry no pound sign) i washed it as you would but as it had red on it a washed it by its self now the colours have ran out of the thread near the buttons and around the collar and have gone on th white it is ruined :( she is upset about and and i dont know what to do i did buy it from mr ts but cant find the reciept or tags does anyone know who to get the what is now patchy pink shirt back to white without ruining it any help would be good please other than throw it in the bin TIA x

I'm so going to get into trouble for still being on here, but I need to help;) T's HAVE to do something for you with or without the receipt. I had a clothes shop for years and if an item was "faulty" we had to change or refund it whether the customer had the receipt or not. It's to do with "not being fit for purpose" law. So take it back and if they say "no not without the receipt" phone CS. I phoned Trading standards a few times over this and was always told, if a customer changed their mind over something I didnt have to refund but if item was faulty I had to do something with or without a receipt,
    Good luck;)

I'd try the Dr Beckman colour run remover to try and get the patches out then in future stick a colour catcher sheet in whenever you wash it. Hope you get it fixed

surprisingly enoguh i did put a colour catcher sheet in the wash with it have even written an email complaining to them that there sheet didnt work but they wont do anything about it as i havent got the packaging or the sheet
obviously anyone could just email and say anything like this to get whatever they want but i dont want anything back of them just wanted them to know that it didnt work this time lol

    icon1.gifSelection boxes @Tesco B1G2 Free - small glitch
Tesco have at the moment cadbury, nestle, Mars and Galaxy selection boxes inthe £3-£4 price range buy1 get 2 free.

The most expensive is the galaxy one at £4, my kids love this chocolate, so picked up 3, but at the till instead of taking off £8, it deducts £9.

So thats 3 Galaxy selections boxes for £3 - £1 each which is a fab price

not sure if the glist works on the other selection boxes inthe offer as I only bought the Galaxy ones

    HTH

omg more chocolate, thats the only thing we'll have to eat with all these chocolate glitches my cupboards are manic at the mo:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

This is correct, but if it's the ones I think it is then they were reduced in the £1 sale and probably scan at 4p now :( I bought a couple for my 2 nephews for Xmas. So might be difficult to prove if you paid more than that for them.

Edit: just looked again and mine are Welsh Rugby Union so hopefully yours are different ones :)

    Hi bensonsmum

I contacted Tesco CEO and got an email back the next day saying they were looking into it. I received a response after around 5 days of receiving the first email so it may take a little while but they do get back to you.

    HTH :)

I had a response to may mail sent Wednesday last week on Tuesday this week - still looking into it though... HTH

Thats really surprising that they did not even send you out another sample to try and then to phone and get your feedback. I have had a few issues with some products and have always been dealt with in a way that as the customer I am right regardless of what they may think.

Just like the poster who bought a cheese and onion pasty and it turned out to be meat. He used a few KEYWORDS and hey presto got a voucher as a good will gesture.
    loves a good glitch :j
