  • Well just back from T's and there were no bargains to be had. But I did see quite a few member of staff with hand held scanners systematically scanning items :(

christmasshopper, if they have both pairs, then give the 6 away, you don't want to draw attention to 4p items and someone would love them.
P.s I know u were joking but so was I lol.

I went shopping without my glasses and accidentally bought the 4p shoes in a size 6 instead of a size 5. Do you think I should take them back and swap them? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I would splash out another 4p and buy the 5s as well (hope they had them for you) and I'm sure you could find a good home for the 6s. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Had exactly the same with pair of 4p jeans on wrong size hanger and ended with a size 18 which I'm trying to find a home for. :)

Wait until they scan at the proper price. Then, buy a pair of fives and take the sixes back saying that you've changed your mind :D

Morning Everyone ,can you tell me where the torches can be found , do they have a display of thier own as I looked at the tool section and the battery section . Nothing there .

In my local they were in their own special display stand at the end of the aisle, saying something about bonfire night.

went c newham, nothing but the pocket torches which i bought, tho the did have the bigger torches at the reduced sel so a dtd available.
so no reduced baby items (bedguards) couldnt even find a space for them.
then went to e+gl+scliff, nothing, they had the bigger torches / headtorches still 1/2 price sel, so a dtd available, never bought none of the bigger torches in either store. so if its some1 local may be worth checking out. still there 9pm last night.

Thanks for that durham05. Looks as though you get around a bit if you are based up in durham (city?). I'm not really interested in DTD but I am on the look out for the Karcher Jubilee Pressure washer if you see one on your travels. PM me if you happen to see one as I don't normally get beyond St+ckt+n/B+ll+ngh+m/E+gl+scl+ffe. If anything comes up on the thread and you want me to check stock at St+ckt+n I go there most days for normal shopping and I'm only 5 minutes away. Can't guarantee anything of course:)
