Oh don't get me wrong, I've had my fair share of troutings but more recently I was quoted the DTD policy for a substantial overcharge and a couple of days ago had the most lovely NAT (Not A Trout). She and I had a lovely discussion about the lack of managers who were answering the page to CS, the fact that not only are staff just numbers but so are customers and that she can't wait to get out of there. Also saw another member of staff now wearing an M&S uniform so I'm guessing she'd had enough.

    hehe sorry bout that :A:A

    Recipe:

    1. Drive to Tesco
    2. Purchase a Kipling Manor House cake
    3. Return home, place cake in oven for a few minutes then oopen the door & waft the smell around the house
    4. Carefully rough up the edges of the cake
    5. Place 'used' cookware on drying rack complete with a light drizzle of water for good measure
