Oh don't get me wrong, I've had my fair share of troutings but more recently I was quoted the DTD policy for a substantial overcharge and a couple of days ago had the most lovely NAT (Not A Trout). She and I had a lovely discussion about the lack of managers who were answering the page to CS, the fact that not only are staff just numbers but so are customers and that she can't wait to get out of there. Also saw another member of staff now wearing an M&S uniform so I'm guessing she'd had enough.

can't believe I missed a ffrig (sp) glitch!...........there's no way I'm letting them all here know about that! :eek: as rough as I've been don't think they'd let me forget it! lol

we all loooooooove these! ..........even ds1 would of got his bike out for this one! lol

mind you it might teach them not to moan/laugh/running joke at me over being on here and wanting to dive of out at odd times! :rotfl:


mind you I think someone is 'sort of' looking out for me as I am over weight enough :eek: ,I haven't got any of the tco/areos/smarties puddings EVER! :rotfl: (going back to the frozen choc pudding ages ago! )
