  • Hi you lot...

Ive tried getting a temporary Club card in 3 tesco's recently, I was told today that you cant get them anymore, everything has to be done online or over the phone. Has anyone else had this problem?

If anyone on here can pick a temporary card up from their store, would anyone mind picking a couple up for me?? I will pay postage and whatever it takes to have a few (for obvious reasons ;)).

I have 3 receipts here that Ive had DTD on and Ive not put it through my clubcard incase it draws unwanted attention!!!!!!!

Or is it safe to put the receipts on my usual clubcard now that the deal has been done???

    Thank you everyone xxxx

I have not joined the facebook, as I feel it will be an invasion of my privacy... I dont want T's knowing where Im from and see my photos etc etc, Not that I have anything to hide... I have thought about opening another facebook account esspecially to do this (as I susspect some have done so), but decided against it...
Im not judging, each to their own, but its not for me, I shall stay on safe ground with our trusting friends :beer::beer:
All Id like to say is, its such a shame that its become "them & us" when we all want the same.. :(:(:(

Right, I've had enough. All this arguing is making me feel quite ill. I spent hours last night trying to help people and most of today, but I think it's time to bow out gracefully as stress is the one thing I should avoid with the medical condition I have. So with that in mind I've decided I'm going to leave BOTH MSE and the Facebook site.
For the main part it's been lovely "meeting" you guys and I hope you continue to glitch, whoopsie, DTD, chat and bicker for a long long time to come :T:T

its a shame its come to this....:( i want this thread to go back to normal how it was before the fb thing.

    DD1

I fully agree Toni and the only reason I would like FB to finish is to return this thread back to the happy lively thread it was when I joined.I think this can sadly only happen if FB groups closes,I can`t see any other way forward for this thread x x

  • found the foxes biscuits :j very apologetic lady at cs got dd without hesitation.

also found lots of the torches that someone mentioned a while ago.
they were hanging up with the batteries, priced at £3 but scan at 54p

not sure if anyone else interested but found loads of the older style t's own brand anti-dandruff shampoo reduced to 32p.. all varieties seemed to be included except the 2 in 1

did also spot several toiletry gift sets still priced at half price in another store, but queue at cs was huuge and i was running late as it was, shame as that would have been a couple of freebies for xmas
    Lead us not into temptation...

just tell us where it is and we'll find it....

I think your wishes may all be granted! Just saw the members drop from 105 to 64 and now i'm out. So either been down to a select few or shutting down completely either way i guess that's now the end of that... moving on. :)
