I have deleted myself
I was about to ask if some kind person could explain how I delete myself - but, having just logged onto Facebook, I think they've deleted me already! At least, there is no longer a link to the group on my page. A bit miffed really - its one thing to opt out - quite another to be kicked out:D !ELITE 5:2

Hi, just got back from my local store. There is a friendly customer sa that I helped during dtd, and with coupons, (yes I know it was a risk at first, but I've done it for about 6 years and she's proved invaluable at times), and she called me over on my way in to warn me that 'the management' were checking all the old stock for misprices, cos items were going through the tills at silly prices. She said that they had got hold of a list, with pictures of the items from somewhere.
Now I haven't joined or commented before on the f/book thingy, but it is the only place that a comprehensive list, with piccys, is available, afaik. It seems to me that it has been made very easy for 'them' to access the details. The internet is anonymous up to a point, and anyone who is a 'spy' for 'them' could be on here under any username they choose, be a member that meets the f/book joining criteria, and joins the facebook group by setting up an account in that username. As one never knows who people are, or what their motives are it is best I have found, to be very careful.
It would be such a shame for us to lose all the valuable info everyone generates here, and I hate to read all the upset that has been caused.
T will continue to make mistakes to our advantage, let's not make it easy for them to rectify those mistakes before we've all had a good crack of the whip.
There, I've had my say, and hope I don't get flamed for it.
On another note, I got a small dtd yesterday. T own microwave veg bags containing sweetcorn, spinach, peas and broccoli had a white sel for 64p. I bought two, and they scanned at £1.45. Dtd of £3.24. Sorry no barcode as I take the four bags out of the big bag so I can squeeze them into my well stuffed freezer, and the bin men came this morning.
I am sorry but you only have to skim through this thread, find pictures to copy to an abum then copy and paste all of the glitches that are helpfully posted in bold, :T to word etc.
Hey presto you have a big list and loads of pics to share with who you like ??
Or am I wrong ?
Ps I do not work for T`s.You have to loose sight of the shore sometimes to cross new oceans.0 -

I'm 5 pages behind(which is amazing as I've been out all day from 8am  I've had 4(!) interviews all in central london and the tube is a nightmare  but I had my phone with me and was with you all the time interrupted only by the interviews)
However nothing to be excited about, only one was second stage(I can be offered a job only after third stage) and not the kind of money I'm looking for so I said no after that... Still one job on the table but I'm waiting to get an interview yet... I hope I will as it's a big one!
BUT: After returning home(I was soo tired I called bf to pick me up from the station which is only 10-15 mins walk! lazy me!) I had a phone call that I got to the third stage :j for a job I thought was gone already as I was supposed to be called last week so assumed they didn't choose me... It was one of the best I had so far and I'm really really excited! :j I'm going to have a trial day on Thursday and there is one person I have to compete with but I'm sure I can handle it!
 If I'll be offered an interview for the big one too I'll go and see what happens too...
Oh and I had a metro on my way today so had a sneaky look hoping for some more fox's and maybe gift sets but ended up with 2 packs of 5 document wallets(20p - got a pack in an Extra yesterday for 2gbp!), some post its(97p) and glue(25p)I'll go to a few Ts tomorrow as I need some stuff anyway and see what I can get for dtd

hands up who actually manages to skim this thread!?!? :rotfl: I get drawn into the banter, the smiley faces and of course once you plaster a cute butt on my screen and I am useless to anyone so end up having to go back again and again to get pics and then also go back again ( yes same butt probably distracted me again!) to try and find the matching barcode to the itemloves a good glitch :j0 -

I think the point is that people have to work to do that, and as glitches are found over a period of weeks its hard for someone to just check everything in one go iyswim.
As it stands a manager can stand there with a list and a couple of SA's with PDA's and the store is cleared of glitches within the hour.
As has been said by others, the idea was good, but its implementation was rushed and ill thoughtout. Its a shame as some people put in a hell of a lot of hard work updating ists and sorting the pics into neat albums and stuff.

Tesco CLOSING
No not the whole thing.
just a heads up this is a grabbit but a very generic unspecific one.
One of my locals st helens store in merseyside is closing on the 23rd of this month as the store is moving down the way a bit to a new site by the rugby stadium, and it is apparently massive-bigger than prescot for those that frequent there this means that there should be a plethora of bargains in the final week of trading hopefully, price guy i was talking to today said nothing from this store will be going over to the new location, nothing, so it should mean silly prices on fresh and frozen goods as they will be the hardest to move to other stores in a timeframe, all unsold stock that isnt perishable will be transferred to other units so fingers crossed they do their best to get rid of everything.
16th to the 23rd should be a mega week for us down here.
Hope it's ok to put this on here, but could be of great interest to those in that areaSealed Pot Challenge No 9 516 target £250
