I am really busy today and not followed the thread but I have kept quiet about the FB thing

It's was started without consultation as a unilateral decision

People are wanting to join whether they want to or not for fear of missing out

Previously people had to work for their bargains

Locarr has some valid points and although some I don't agree with I wish everyone would stop having a go, newbies ARE coming out of the woodwork and thd rule of 100 thanks and 1 month membership is no guarantee that it is not a trout joining

Yes we all know T's followed this thread BUT we used to make them work hard to follow the glitches too

You have just made it totally impossible for us normal mortals who cannot run out at the drop of a hat to catch a bargain or two

I am very unhappy about it and would like to call for the page to be closed

    There I've said it

I think you make some good points here. This thread is incredibly hard work for those not prepared to skim read and catch the most up to date bargain. I'm not interested in peoples pictures but live with it (perhaps learn to post a smaller picture please?) as I get so much more from this thread than I think I put in at times.

When I first had my "baptism of fire" on this thread I was told in no uncertain terms that this was a thread where chat, trivia, drivel(no offence meant as it's in the eye of the beholder) and Tesco bargains were mixed in equal measure. I accept that and try to put back in some form what I get back.

If there is any uncertainty amongst the FB people then I would advise a rethink. If not then I would think no worse of you. Keep posting:)
    Awaiting a new sig
  • Well thats my decorating efforts done for one day. Got all the wallpaper off and have sore hands now :(

I've got to pop to Ts after dinner for a few bits of real shopping ( i mean not my treasure hunt stuff, i seem to forget when we're in there that we occasionally require food too!! )

What is the torch that I should be looking for though, I seem to have skimmed over that one.

French_knickers i just think everyones messing around with the whole 'tesco trout' thing, people have had some horrible experiences with T staff but theres lots of fab T staff too, lots in my store, very lovely and helpful :) and on the whole i think theres more nice T staff then trouts..... :)

    Yeah I know. :)

It just seemed to have gone a bit past a joke and I didn't want the many tesco staff we have as members and regard as cyber friends to start feeling awkward that was all.
