I'm inclined to agree with you....seemed a nice idea but it doesnt seem to be working well and its causing a lot of upset.

I like the idea of having all the pics in one place though...so instead, I'm just going to copy and paste the pics onto my own folder on pc...and either print off or take photos of them with my phone (technology is not my thing so no idea if i could email them to myself on my phone etc!!)...

lets get the thread back to its former glory :)

No you get a refund on the price paid! DTD does not affect your statutory rights in any way. ;)

Fk you are correct - just had it confirmed by head office as I had to return something on Saturday and they tried to only give me the correct price - off to the store in a mo to get the right money back xx

Can we just clear something up here about trouts.

It was a bit of fun at first but now its become a little rude to say the least.

I have met very few trouts in tesco and the vast majority of tesco employees are hard working people just trying to get by like you and I. Their working conditions are not the best in the business and their terms of employment actively stop them from getting many bargains which other employees would consider 'perks of the job'. The ones I've found to be helpful outweight the bad ones many time over.

What we have now is simply far too many people chasing far too few glitches, that includes customers AND tesco staff. Sadly this isn't 3 or 4 years ago when glitchers like myself were few and far between.

I'd also like to add, MSE has many tesco staff as keen and very long serving members! My other half is a tesco employee and has been on here probably longer than 90% of this threads posters. Does that make them a trout? Do they not have the right to help here, share info and also gain from the info?

Another major problem we face and one we really can't defeat is that of either corrupt or just savvy managers who will shuffle stuff to their cars without the usual staff or customers even getting near it! I was told in two stores last night that the bold peony posder last week didn't make it to the shelves as the managers had the lot.

Glitching is a tough hobby these days, we need to adapt and get cute about how we do it, or we will simply come home empty handed more and more often.

    Sorry for waffling.

Right, I've had enough. All this arguing is making me feel quite ill. I spent hours last night trying to help people and most of today, but I think it's time to bow out gracefully as stress is the one thing I should avoid with the medical condition I have. So with that in mind I've decided I'm going to leave BOTH MSE and the Facebook site.
For the main part it's been lovely "meeting" you guys and I hope you continue to glitch, whoopsie, DTD, chat and bicker for a long long time to come :T:T
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.
