    The cs that told you that are wrong !!
    I emailed cs ho after being told that as I thought they were wrong and I know have a ref number to go back to the store in question to get my additional money back
    Cs at ho clearly told me today that dtd does not affect my statuary rights on Returning items

    They can't do that, making up the rules as they go along. The DTD is by way of an apology for the inconvience caused by charging you the wrong price, they have to give you back the price you paid.

    was just a week ago when Nikki 1st gave up smoking, I posted on here how good it was to see community spirit.

    Think i'll delete that post now as this is just stupid.

    Am an MSE'r , have been for a good few years and don't plan to join FB group(s).
