When CS don't write anything on your receipt to suggest a refund/DTD/overcharge etc. Means if you wanted you could return the item and get a refund of the full value.

In reality you should get full refund anyway as the CS person will scan your item and it will give them the price. They usually refund what the wand says it costs. You are entitled to what you paid for it anyway. DTD is in ADDITION to your statutory rights.
By the way, for those who are getting grief trying to get DTD, my OH contacted HO the other day due to a double scan. CS played their face and wouldn't pay DTD for the double scan. He said DTD should be paid for ANY overcharge with the exception of double scans on SELF SCANS (which incidentally are impossible anyway) as in such a circustance the customer over charged themselves. He said there are no other exceptions.0 -

I don't think one exists. Given different stores charge different amounts for the same item you'd have to be linked in to every stores pricing systems - never going to happen.0 -

thanks for that... Maybe if anyone has an e-mail stating the same sort of thing, it would be worth putting it on here so we could print it off to take instore with us - Just in case.?
