Thanks Cosmic, CAZ, just ignore my posts, i thought i half knew what i was going on about, but i actually don't, :rotfl:, listen to Cosmic, and go onto entitledto.com, that will give you an idea of what you'll be entitled to xx
Cosmic - just out of interest, whats income support for then? as i thought people claimed job seekers if they were out of work? xx
Income support is for lone parents with a child under seven at the moment and also carers. If you are a lone parent they don't force you into work until your child is a certain age. You also only have to attend the JCP every six months.

If you aren't a lone parent or ill then you have to claim JSA and sign on every fortnight and show you have been seeking employment.
I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!

what was the c/s reason for not giving DTD , did you go through self scan?
They said it was an old promotion and that was the price even tho there was no sel,so they would honour the price but that was it, the sa even spoke to the store manager and wouldn't do it, thing is i dont want to get known in the store as it is my local if it had been further way would off kicked up a fuss.
thing is they had the bakugan also stickered and now i dont want to try, as it is my main shopping one.

Oh dear, I'm really in a pickle now.
Just saw the posts about tax credit and to cut a long story short, from next year I am completely stuffed unless I can increase my hours, not possible with my arthritis/job/home situation.
Crying a bit now, will have a cuppa and compose myself for a serious bargain to cheer me up.

Don't cry we're all here to help & so many in the same situations take another look at my naked footballers picture to cheer you up ;)

The main thing to look for is the shape of the box & FAST written at the top in white writing.
    Barcode 006197

They are on the battery displays near the tills, in the bottom right hand corner, have a quick flick through they are always in a mess at every store I've checked

Good luck, busy day today no Tesco (which is a good thing I think bad enough being addicted to reading the thread every spare moment without keep going there)

Thats the one I seen, think i've found a new T to visit as I never get bargains in my local. Off out now, thanks QPR, hopefully they will still be there when I get over there.:p
I'm not really a new user, just wanted a new username

i know this wasnt directed at me but thank you so much, i have just found out that i am entitled to income support, carers allowance and housing benefit. i dont know how much it is but boy will it make life easier, even if its only 50 a month or so we have been managing on child tax credits and feeling guilty at borrowing from dd2's dla aparently there is a disabled premium on tax credits aswel, seriously thank you so much we really needed to know this with the ammont we have been struggling. especially with the rent being paid thats like 80% of our tax credits leaving us just over 100 a month for food gas electric and everything, going to be busy on the phone today i think.

Great! :T I hope you get what you're entitled to! :)
