However the schools policy re the restraining order is a bit like victim bashing. Perhaps they need to look at that.Trying to shift that debt!0 -

Awful isnt it. The teacher then put in on her desk another child read it and then started shouting out what it said so now everyone knows. DD2 then told him to shut up as she felt sorry for the boy who has been giving her bother and to be honest I agree with her.
He really should have just had a very strict stern talking too, the correct measures put in place in class, ie all teachers told not to seat them together and that should be the end of it in my opinion. Monitor the situation and hey ho, hopefully all will be resolved.LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Its going through the NHBC , so no discounts around sadly although I could wander around the house and make a snagging list and see if I could call in a few favours !! :rotfl:
My Wait and See Pie was very exotic !! Dont worry Mrs Happy, the Cowboy Beans are still on offer regularly , I just try not to talk about them too much !! Hmm, I wonder what Cowboy Bean Pie would taste like ?
Tonights offering is Tesco half price pizza as we have just walked in from dance and I really cant be bothered to cook .LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

The one time I can recall OH cooking she made meatballs with "a difference" the difference was that she inserted lemongrass paste into the centre as like a little meatball bomb (covered in tomato sauce and parmesean cheese. That was her last time with meatballsMortgage: £280,752/ £262,515.84

Maybe I should just get an old fashioned diary and write in that at bedtime like in the olden days instead then spare you all the long posts ! x

That is totally inappropriate of the school, there has to be a much better way of handling it surely.

Granny I agree, but I swear that school will get fed up of us ! We must be the talk of the staffroom, not that I care though !
So what does today bring ? I am still in list mode, I was very pleased wth myself yesterday, I felt like I achieved loads which certainly improves my mood. So today will be more of the same I think.
I have been thinking again about attempting a Bank Chanrges Claim which I thought about this time last year I believe. I honest believe we have a very good claim , I know though that it is difficult but we met each and every one of the hardship criterias and in a way still do with some of them. The bank will be aware of this as I have it in writing, various correspondance etc, I wont epeat myself as this is wayback in my diary somewhere. They delivered me truck loads of paperwork last year, which I never had time to really trawl through, but I am thinking of getting myself together and giving it a try. If it comes to nothing then so be it, but if it comes to something it will help immensly.
Secondly, I am going to seek some legal advice re the building situation with the house. The builders were aware of problems with the chimney when we moved in ten years ago, I have leters from them two / three years later promising to sort it out and they never did. We gave up chasing for various reasons. In the meantime we also called in a structural surveyors who found varying problems ( what exactly I cant remember now , so again I need to dig out the paperwork ) We did start proceedings against the builders, but after spending £6500 we were advised that should we not win and it was little old us against big giant national builder, we could be looking at Legal Expenses in the region of £26,000  which we didnt have. So we didnt take it any further and put it to the back of our minds. Bearing in mind what is now going on and also finding problems with the build of the roof also, I am wondering if there is any claim against them. Although the roof is NHBC problem the Chimney is the Builder although they have declined to put it right themself nd subcontracted out. There was an email recently that saidthey would put Chimney right but with no firther comeback to them, but we didnt reply or answer in righting therefore I think its certainly worth looking at.
As you can see I didnt sleep much last night, my mind was racing, but not worrying which was good, just thinking about things. We spent many years just accepting things , some for the sake of not causing hassle or upset and some due to money or it being too stressful.
HAving had success last year with the PPI and Credit Card Charges I think I am in the frame of mind to start again and battle with a few other people. What a difference a week makes with my moods !! xxLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !
