Thankyou all for caring and checking how I am. It means loads. :DAs I have said before I havent really told my "real world friends" They know I'm not right but only a few know really what the problem is.

But wihout going into all that again and boring you, as it will all come right in the end. Mr Pinot did also call my Doctor again and he did once more receive his wrath ! Despite an apology for this next apparently URGENT appointment taking so long, he re iterated that there was nothing he could do to push it through any faster. Mr Pinto went into great lengths about how I am and told Dr that he had called Consultants secretary today and left a message and that he would continue to harrass the poor girl each and every day until they pull their finers out of their posteriors and he suggested that the Doctor do the same. Int he meantime he has muddled around with the medication once more, increased, some decreased some and just for luck has now added more tablets which hopefully will take away the night time pain. Didnt work last night I'm sorry to say though!!!

Anyway thats it on the back stuff. Yesterday was a bit of a wasted day for me, felt very spaced out all day,, even to the point of driving and trying to get in the exact car park that I had had an argument with on Tuesday like a fool. It was only as I went underneath the barrier that I remembered, but this time there was now crunch to be heard ! Phew !!! Picked up some food for last nights Leavers Mass and the obligatory flowers for today when she actually leaves the school forever !!Hoorah !!:j

Leavers Mass was lovely,a s you know I am not particularly churchy, but it was fun and happy whereas DD1's 3 years earlier had been a more sombre affair. The children enjoyed themselves, the singing was beautiful and the recorder playing was managed without any glaring odd notes ! Mr P didnt get home in time for either the mass or after party, but DD1 nominated herself photographer and I'm sure we will have some great piccies and memories for the kids !

Elsewhere, I received a letter from Rockwell DCA . They are the ones who say Westcot have passed my Capital One Debt onto them, but I am not dealing with them until Westcot acknowledge my dispute re the balance and payments made to them. This latest letter is asking me to provide Rockwell with information for them to prove my dispute and details of all payments made to Westcot. Not on your life !!! I am currently thinking of a strongly worded reply both to Westcot for still not responding to mysel f or Rockwell and also to Rockwell who surely have no right to request this information. I need to do my research as I think I need to ask them f or a copy of the credit agreement and prove that debt has been passed to them but I understnad whilst the amount is in dispute they cant take it over anyway. Thats a job for today if I have time. Any suggestions on how to deal with this one greatly appreciated or I may pop over to the DMP thread and see what I can glean from there.

Last School day today, I am leaving Mr Pinot to have a lie in , he started at 4am yesterday mornign nad finally made it home at gone
midnight. We turned work down for today !! :j

I will back back with update of the day later but best jolly the girls along again as its remarkably quiet this morning !!! ;)

Wish I could advice re: Rockwell but I've never had any dealing with them. I think what you need is their "right of assignment" or something ;).

Hang fire on any more eBaying, it's a free listing weekend :) I'm impressed, I really need to get my backside into gear with listing stuff, but just haven't got round to it.

  • Hey Pinot, sorry I haven't been around for a while, but good to see that life has continued at the same crazy pace as usual while I've been gone. :rotfl:

Loving the new signature. 17.52% paid off. :j That's fantastic. I wish I could say the same but unfortunately debt repayment has slowed down a bit in the Fluffy house.

Sorry to hear you're still struggling with your back. Hopefully Mr Pinot's phone calls will hurry things along.

Mrs Fluffy, apologies to you also as I havent been over to see you in a long while. I am very very behind on the diaries at the moment. I'm afraid. Sorry things have slowed down for you but I do hope you are all ok. I will try and nip in over the weekend if I get a chance. :)
