Please ring the consultants secretary and tell her you are in immense pain and how should you see about a quicker appointment time, also you can do any cancellations, as and when, they appear... You really need to get this sorted.. ( I dont need to tell you this )...
DD1 sounds lovely doing that for her sister... sibling rivalry amazes me, my two although different sexes are just sometimes so lovely to each other it beggars belief... Coz usually they are slating one another... Just recently my DS wrote something on DD`s facebook wall that really moved me.... (in a good way .

Letter received re Virgin MBNA card ,and as suspected they are going to pass the Account on, the paragraph at the bottom suggests we contact them with a reasonable offer if we are able, which was the plan anyway but we havent had a chance to do it. That phone call is Mr Pinots dept as the card is in his name, although I may just pop something in writing with a silly offer, but need to research the correct wording etc first ,so that if by some miracle they do accept they cant come after me at a later date for the rest !!;)

M&S money have written lovely letter advising me they are looking into my Credit Card Late Payment claim and will be back in touch within 20 days !

Hiya NL, thankyou for asking and sorry for not posting.

No I didnt call the doctor. Mr Pinot did the other day ,I cant remember if I mentioned that and managed to get them to give me more of the tablets that they dont like me taking and they have agreed I can increase them at night. .I feel pretty rough today but I will be fine. I couldnt feel either of my legs today when I woke up which was quite scary. It has happened before but not as bad as this morning. The girls were great and got themselves sorted, and a friend got DD2 to school for me. It eased off and by lunchtime I was able to go out ,as I had to work and things that needed doing.

Its all a bit hard to describe really but I have spent the day feeling very spaced out and a bit odd. Mr Pinot though has apparently called the hospital and appears to have left a very dramatic message with the Consultants secretary telling her I need to be seen but he hasnt had a call back. He has also apparently rung the surgery again as I have now run out of different tablets and he has insisted the doctor call him after surgery, so I think we will batton down the hatches as I think he may suffer Mr Pinots wrath yet again ! Oops!!!

On another note, I haveve to tell you all, that after my productive day yesterday, we rushed around a bit more after school and then went to watch DD2s school play ! She sang her first ever solo part (she sings solo in church but its a bit different) . She was so good and looked beautiful, no where near 11, it was enough to bring tears to my eyes.She did forget to turn her mic on for the first few lines, but hey ho, she covered it up well !! :rotfl: Mr Pinot unfortunately missed her singing but caught the last 20 mins of the show, but did present her with a bunch of Lillies after her performance that now have pride of place on the new dressing table !!

Mr Pinot left at 4am this morning and is working at Leeds Castle ( I love it there, so am jealous !!! ). DD2 this evening has her Leavers Mass and After Party so we need to be back at church at 6.30 having been fed and watered. We have had to provide food and drink for the after party, needed that one like a whole in the head today ! Mr Pinot wont make it home in time so I am dragging DD1 with me, if I have to go , so does she ! After party should be fun seen as we have War amongst the Parents !! I will keep my head down and drink wine and eat cake !! DD2 just informed me she is singing and has also been asked to play a recorder solo. Problem is recorder not been touched for at least a year so goodness how that will sound !!

Anyway must dash have to be there in half an hour, and I havent fed anyone yet !!! xxx

That's shocking that they can leave you in pain like that seemingly without a care in the world until they are chased up to give you an appointment. I would have been petrified if i'd have woken up not being able to feel my legs :eek: I hope they pull their finger out soon and get you an appointment xx

Well done to your dd's they both sound like little social butterflies, here, there and everywhere and all without moaning! My ds had one thing at the end of term and it's all i heard him moan about for weeks before lol. You must be very proud xx
