I have just been turned down by my second PPI claim. It was a long shot I suppose. Can't grumble as the first one bought the pickup.

What are you going to spend it on?

Oh Pooh thats a shame, I am still battling with Lloyds over my other claim, thats only really really tiny though. MBNA had to pay tbh as someone had clearly forged my signature and ticks !! Naughty people !

I would love to spend it on a wonderful holiday, but I wont !! I will put in in the very depleted Full and Final pot, but I might treat myself to a new bottle of perfume before the wedding next week. My favourite one that Mr Pinot bought me for Xmas leaked in my bag a few weeks ago and I have none left but couldnt justify treating myself to a new bottle ! I can now though !! :T

The squirrel is grey, the children think he is a baby , Im not so sure. I couldnt hurt it though ,but they are a nuisance. All has been quiet today though so I dread to think what hes been up to and what chaos he is planning to cause !

I hope you are ok, sorry I havent made it to your diary for a while. I will get there though ! :)

What a wonderful idea. Buy your favourite perfume then the smell will remind you how you won. It may also remind you not to give up on your battles with the financial institutions.

Thats very true, do you think that would apply to the purchase of a new pair of shoes as well ?!! :rotfl:

Everytime I wore them I would remember how they had trampled all over us and then I waged war against them and won !!

Now I'm getting carried away !
