Laptop problem (need help by someone who has alot of patience)

Hi I wondered if someone can help me my laptop is very slow,keeps freezing ,i have done which the parts from the sticky that I understand (ccleaner,malwarebytes and the hijackthis log, if anyone can help me in very simple terms i would appreciate it,thankyou.

Thanks for replying its 512mb then i put in another 512mb as it kept telling me c drive was nearly full, so i now store my pics in D if that makes sense, not sure how it is full I have nothing stored except pics and i removed most on to a stick,

The C: Drive has nothing to do with your RAM.
How much space left on the C: drive?

Just a thought it Have you got Nortons internet secuirty & avira & Windows defender installed?

If you have, your running 3 anti-virus software. You need to uninstall them and leave one as this causes big problems see link

Just you have symantec live updates. In that case are you running avira and windows defender together?

Acer aspire 5315 is that the model number
do I remove the avira or the windows defender?

install cleanmem

disable windows defender

uninstall avira and use avast free instead.

uninstall google toolbar unless you really need it

uninstall any symantec software

tick and fix these using hijackthis
