    God what if i turned up to his house at his wake? That would be a bit !!!!.

    Anyways, he has form for not delivering the photos. I googled the company name and found a thread complaining about him on a wedding forum :(

    I'd just call round his house and say you were in the area, so thought you'd call in to see if you could view the photos. Keep it cheerful and friendly!

    The issue here is that although you can take him to court to get your money back, you actually want the photos, so need to keep him as sweet as possible.
    Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
    Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

    No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
