I get the same error too - guessing it is actually the same offer that we've already claimed, they've just extended the dates?
However, the first time this happened I didn't realise, and the nice man in Smiths just gave me the chocs (guess I was holding up everyone else in the queue!)

I find the same thing, these book offers never last long enough. I managed to get the first book by fluke this one too but I missed the second one

I did look like an idiot though. Walked straight up and asked for a chocolate milkshake. (Not knowing they are in a fridge on the way in... She kept pointing behind me and I kept pointing at the board behind her! :O lol. Oh dear. Embarrassing lol)
