    Me and hubbie both got a free frappe creme from Caffe Nero yesterday, they both tasted great and at £3.60 each this was a nice freebie. The coconut and chocolate with whipped cream was so indulgent hate to think how many calories were in it

    Just noticed new one for a free one day pass to De Vere Oulton Hall Leisure Club / Spa Leeds. Not sure if this applies to all De Vere. The Oulton Hall hotel itself is very nice not been in the leisure club though.

    Just moved to o2 so now I won't have to borrow OH's phone everytime I want to get a freebie!

    Had a look today and have spotted a free spray tan at The Tanning Shop. Says valid for 1 week, but not sure on details for when the appointment would need to be taken.
