If the store is savvy they won't accept a picture, as the code is supposed to have flashing dots to show that it is active.

Pete if you still need a code for house of Fraser you can have mine, the only problem with the screen shot is the 5 dots won't be flashing

Does anyone know how to download priority moments when you are on another network? My Google Play store will not let me download it (My old phone worked as it was a 02 payg and already installed)

This worked some months ago - see post 530

If your phone has an app, then put your O2 sim card in the phone and using home wifi, go to priority moments on your phone (not sure if that is google play or O2,) press download, should give you a code to accept and then priority app should download. Again should work if you have run out of credit but phone needs to be unlocked or O2
