If you cut & pasted code sometimes a space is copied at the end or start so better to type in? If you know anyone else on 02 ask to use their code.

Just a thought, have you checked the 'Me' tab on the app, the offer might be saved there.

Ok, well I just tried to use my code at The Fragrance Shop. The lady said I could have £10.00 off anything and not a free item. I then pointed out to her that if I got something for £10.00 or under it would be free. See checked her notes for the Terms and Conditions and then started scanning items in the shop to try to find me something for £10.00 or under. The conclusion - she said she had nothing for that price. I do find that hard to believe. Hhhmmmmm..... I remember the last time The Fragrance Shop had a code on 02. The end result - I have left with nothing.....

Cheeky of them as when they did the £5 no min spend I picked something up for £4.99. Ts and Cs even say no change will be given if less than £10 so clearly it does not have to be over £10 spend...! Did you speak to the manager?

She was the Manager! lol! :rotfl:There are loads of gift sets on their website for under £10.00 as well, so I'm not happy about this.
