Sorry if this isn't the right place to post.

Today I decided to use the O2 moments offer on my phone app in HMV as I spent £40 I expected to get 2 £5 gift cards but I was told (rather rudley) that I can only claim £5

I've read the offer over a few times and it specifically states £5 voucher for EVERY £20 spend ... Not for example spend £20 or over and get the £5

Has anyone else had expierence with this offer?

    Thanks for reading

Wrong place for the post, I'm afraid. This is the Grabbit board. You might want to repost here:

To help unclutter Grab-It, if you want to discuss deals that are no longer current, this is the place. You can also ask the Board Guides to move posts from main Grabbit to here.

Would be best to move the thread to the O2 priority moments thread which is updated daily:

I asked that specific question in my HMV last week and was told it would result in a £10 card. Possibly T&C have changed in a week or possibly you could go back in and speak to a manager. When I enquired last week the cashier didn't know but checked with a supervisor
  • In addition to the HUKD website, I've also found a few extra prizes in the iPhone code (Debenhans 20% off debut dresses on Sunday and £10 off £50 spend at Burton on Thursday).

Of course no guarantee that O2 will stick to these days and shuffle the offers around, but these offers are likely to have been agreed so they shouldn't be cancelled...

Sunday: 20% off debut dresses at Debenhams stores

Monday: Free Xmas selection at Hotel Chocolat

Tuesday: Cheryl Cole's autobiography - Only £7 at WHSmith

Thursday: Get £10 off when you spend £50 at Burton

Tuesday 18th: Guinness World Records - Only £8 at WHSmith
  • As expected, todays O2 PM advent calender deal is...
