That's how it came!

Is that the only cable coming from the camera, does it not have a power supply ?Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0

You need an adapter with a SCART socket on it like this one to accept the plug on the camera lead, plus a phono-BNC lead.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0

Personally, unless it is a seriously good camera, seems a lot of hassle to connect it.
1 cable coming from camera to scart, sounds very odd. That scart won't carry power to the camera.Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0 -
It is a very good camera and being able to hook it up to my dvr instead of routing more cables would make it even better!I haven't got one!0

It's quite common on some consumer grade cameras intended to connect to a TV.
The power cable goes into the SCART and connects to the power cores in the multicore cable going to the camera, but the power isn't actually connected to the SCART pins.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

Thought it may have been, OP is extremely vague on answer's.
Look's like a 4 core phone cable going to the junction box then. As answer has been given a few time's allready, won't reply again.Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0
