    Well not which one of thiose codes on that site is the problem, plus for firefox its saying file is corrupt, i though reinstalling would get rid of anything like that.

    No I have not, it gives you access to my laptop? Can you explain it please,I dont understand it. I have tried to download sp2 from microsoft site, it comes up with an error.

    The download for sp2 failed cause it does not have a valid signature.

    Yes, it allows me to see what is on your screen, only as long as we remain connected for that session.
    Since you don't have any sensitive data written yet, it's a suitable option.

    Ok, it wont download same problem as before with signature.

    Team Viewer too? Do you mean Download or Install?

    When I click run and have tried save, also it wont download malware, it wont download anything, is it vista or the firewall?

    Open Internet Explorer on your Desktop and choose Tools > Internet Options > Advanced. Scroll down and tick "Allow software to run or install even if the signature is invalid".
