When I started the diary I honestly thought it was just another phase I was going through and that it would all amount to nothing as usual. I just couldn't stop spending spending spending and any money I had, whether it be mine or the banks, then i was happy to spend it! In fact it was a compulsion and I HAD to spend it!
Now I view my spending so differently, it's incredible. I only wish I had changed it long ago but better late than never!
