Well it had been going smoothly, but the "cheque sent" email is now overdue. Stuck at payment approved since Thursday.
Am I ever going to get my flipping money

CEO will be getting a letter so angry it will burst into flames aka a howler :rotfl:

I have asked on their fb page if I will be paid and commented on their gloating "look what mse.com" have to say about us post by suggesting people read this topic!
  • Hello everyone. Just thought I'd share my experience of Turnintocash.com so far. Having used Music Magpie a fair few times and not had any significant problems I thought I'd give this new rival a go. I intended just to send one small lot to try them out but kept finding other stuff to send and in the end sent them 3 small lots over 3 days. Nothing worth too much (about £30 in total). These were sent on 16th,17th and 18th of November. Not one of them has arrived yet! They could be delayed in the post but when I send things to MM they seem to get there a bit quicker than this.I bet they just weren't prepared for the amount of people sending them stuff. I also didn't much like the way the site offers more for your item just to try to get you to register. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth that. Not sure if I'm going to use them again at this rate.

I will never use them again and have put friends off who asked me for feedback on their service. My parcels took weeks to show up as received so I wouldn't worry.
  • Seems to be a new site for me. I am going to try using this site.

I have just sent an email to Manchester Trading Standards since the company is based there. I feel now they are in breach of my contract with them because they have taken goods and not sent me my money. Also not followed time scales promised.

carlpayne I wouldn't use them, I have been waiting 6 weeks for my money.

Well that was a waste of time. Got a standard reply saying Manchester was now under Consumer Direct, and couldn't find anywhere on their site to submit a complaint, as it doesn't fit the options given.

Are companies allowed to run as they please now then?

Grrrrr so mad. I do not want to deal with the company again, and no response to my facebook post

    Hi Guys,

Well its arrived about three weeks from sending it which seems like what ever one else is saying. Its been in testing now for 7 days so its now over a month since I sent them to them. I would never use them again and would recommend anyone do this as well. I have since sent two small parcels off, one high value to webuydvds.co.uk and already been paid the other to musicmagpie.com and that payment has just been issued. Why use turnintocash.com when there is other companies out there who pay out so much faster.

I got my "Parcel received" notification now, also approx 3 weeks after sending in parcel.
  • Mine as well! Not rushing themselves are they!
