    I had the same response as sy105, one parcel is being tested but the other hasn't got there (or more likely been gotten to in the pile). Also no update on the trade status via email/ trade page as promised on the website.

    Sound advice already given, send Recorded delivery and be prepared to wait a long time for your money! I am now at 3 week mark and no idea when I will get paid, I will have to email again to chase up the second parcel (which of course is the higher value!).

    I sent a parcel in on Monday, and no response from the yet. I guess if they are actually testing every disk it would take some time.

    It would be nice if they had system of sending out a 'parcel recieved' email as soon as they get it, even if it is going into the bottom of the queue and wont be processed for a while.

    Well no one has bothered to call me back nor has there website said it’s arrived. I don’t believe it has not arrived after such amount of time and other people experiencing the same issue as me. I will give them a bit more time but if I get ripped off by them which sounds like it’s going to happen I will make sure other people know about our experience with this company.

    Finally had two parcel arrived emails yesterday, checked the website and the status has finally updated on all the items as "received and in testing". Getting on for four weeks now which is ridiculous.

    No communication initiated by the company, no messages on their twitter/facebook pages or even a generic email mailshot to say they were busy. Poor service indeed and took me ages to get my 2 emails answered.

    Now had the payment confirmation emails through, in the time stated on the website.

    Seems when they systems work they work well. But when they don't...

    4 weeks Friday since I posted!

    Well I still have not been paid by turnintocash.com and its still not showing as arrived. Glad yours has guys but I think there is a pattern here.

    It looks like they must wait to sell them before paying customers out. Which is wrong. If I know I was going to have to wait this long I would have just went to another company.

    Any one is a rush for payment use them at your own pearl.
  • What a farse this website is.

    I send my package and nothing was heard back for over 2 weeks so I sent them an email. 5Days after that a reply saying we're busy and we are processing blah blah blah.

    Just got an email today (9days after the last) saying we will pay you for some and not the others because they're "Scratched" I'm assuming they mean disks. Which I never scratch any disks, I checked all of them, so i know this is made up!!!!

    They say Sorry we cant return any items but we promise we will recycle them responsibly... F*** off will you. Guarantee they'll be straight down to gamestation or somthing similar trade them in ... Its around £15 worth on their website of games and dvds.

    Will be calling them as soon as it hits 10am, furious. No doubt I'll get the voicemail because they're 'so busy' ripping people off and wasting time

    To be honest i'm a bit annoyed, the only reason i used this service was it seemed to be promoted by MSE, i assumed it was trustworthy. It's my own fault for assuming that I know, but i'm still annoyed.
  • Still waiting for mine to arrive there too.....two weeks and counting!
