Are you happy for me to take a look?

If so, run Team Viewer or Team Viewer Portable and send me the User ID and Password via PM.

The best thing that you can do alone is to reinstall Windows, but this time without entering the Product Key or trying to activate it. Then activate it manually.

You have probably done something along the line during your original installation or during your initial attempt at activation or perhaps even made a mistake with one of the steps towards manual activation.

So if I can't take a look, just start the whole thing again...and perhaps remember not to 'jump the gun' the next time. ;)
