Blue screen on computer

hey, Blue screen on computer may have some different reasons.
1, a problem with your memory, the memory can try to take down, clean up the fly ash.
2, your hard disk bad sectors, you can use the tool to view and sealing of a bad area
3, the negative power supply problem

Sorry to sound stupid but I have no idea how to back up or create an xp disc. Also have absolutely no idea where my disc with Windows is so can't unistall it

Could you explain how I would go about doing these things...I'm clueless when it comes to anything technical!
