The judge did say I had won my case for unfair dismissal but the written judgement and the amount of the award would be decided after the two points in question had been resolved when the panel meets next week.

Right now I am trying to establish how I can get a definitive answer if I was correct in not disclosing my login details. I have written to The Clydesdale Bank twice and they have refused to let me have a copy of the form.

Any suggestions on how I can get a copy of the actual agreement I signed with the bank?
In your first post you said the judge did not except the explanation so I was under the impression you had lost but now you are saying you have won??

Not sure why you never had the form from the bank to begin with. Your company could have got that. Maybe a lawyer could? Was this not shown as evidence? This does not make sense really, it either is unfair or not, surely?
  • If your contract with the bank did not prevent you from sharing then you are only going to get paid on the hours issue. You could end up with 1 or 2 months pay which isnt much if you dont have another job.
  • I was representing myself and wrote to the bank on two occasions to get a copy of the form I signed but they have refused to let me have this.

I have won my case for unfair dismissal but if I can show I was legally entitled to withold the passwords this will have an effect on the level of award I receive.

Any suggestions on how I can get the bank to release a copy of the form?

and your company don't have a copy? Can't the ET judge request one?

Good point. THis just doesn't ring true at all. OP - Why would a Tribunal tell you you had won your case when they still have issues to consider? That just doesn't happen.

OP, we're still not getting the true story so I don't think anyone can be of help. But good luck to you.
