    exactly !!!! I was respondin to someone who wondered what was wrong with my phone. I am now on o2 .....so far so good !!!!
    NEVER NEVER GO NEAR TESCO MOBILE !!!! I WISH I HAD GOOGLE THEM FIRST FOR PHONES ETC AND CUSTOMER CARE.
    LOVING MY IPHONE AND LOVING O2 AGAIN.....lol ! not as good a deal as tesco but hey......... its all about me for a change !!!!
    always bought my kids the latest phones ( big kids ...adults ) i might add ! but thought it must be my time !!!!!
    my monthly contract is only £21.50 amonth !!!!!!:beer::beer:

    Not exactly.
    Theoretically, internet can be slower on Tesco than on O2, by signal cannot be weaker.
    So, it was Apple's fault, not Tesco's that you were unable to make a call or to connect to the internet.

    Sorry not following this.

    Tesco piggyback on the O2 network, if the phone won't make calls or drops them on Tesco then it probably won't make calls on O2 either as it's doewn to signal strength as Grumbler says.

    It's possbile that the Tesco customer is a lower priority than the o2 customer but that is only an issue in times of peak use not all the time.

    It sounds entirely like a phone fault not a network fault.

    I too went for o2 after having Tesco....NIGHTMARE UNTIL THINGS GO WRONG !!!!!!
